Sara’s practice centres around administrative, municipal, occupational health & safety and environmental law matters. She appears regularly before municipal councils, various boards, including the Ontario Municipal Board as well as in Provincial Offence Court in the prosecution of municipal regulatory statutes and the defence of environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Act charges.
In addition, Sara advises clients on matters of local governance, land use planning, licensing, freedom of information and building and fire code matters.
