Dave’s practice focuses on general corporate and commercial law, commercial real estate law, commercial leasing and wills and estates.

Dave has experience working on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, financing and development of shopping centres, vacant land, industrial facilities and hotels. He has worked on general corporate and commercial transactions ranging from asset sales to share purchases. Dave also assists in corporate re-organizations and tax and estate planning for his clients.
